Tendering is the process which bids are invited from suitable contractors to carry out specific construction projects. The principle of tendering is to ensure that true competition is achieved, as it is evaluated by applying certain criteria. The tender, which is submitted by the competing firms, is generally based on tender drawings, bill of quantities and project’s specifications.
Our Quantity Surveyor team preparing required documents for “Tender” and “Construction Contract” of a project base on the grade, time schedule, required contractor, location, theme and budget.
A tender is a submission made by a prospective contractor in response to an invitation from consultant to tender for a particular project. It makes an offer for the services required as per project needs.
We are providing required documents for construction bidding submission known as “Tender” to undertake or managing of a construction project by suitable contractors base on project value. We are preparing tender drawings and necessary documents for bidding.
The main tender process is generally for selection of the contractor that will construct the project.

Constructions contract documents are the written documents that define the roles, responsibilities and work of the contractor, suppliers and sub-contractors including schedule of the project and role of all parties.
Under the construction contract, after tendering and when the client has made a decision of an award of the contract, our Quantity Surveyors would then prepare the required contract documents incorporate with agreed terms and conditions of the contract in accordance with the construction approved drawings.
The required documents that make up the contract documentation is related to project needs and include:
- Contract agreement
- Contract condition
- Special conditions
- Bill of quantities
- Certified Drawings for construction
- Other documents
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Providing tender drawings are the base of construction bidding process.
Specifications are varied and depends on the project needs.
A bill of quantities shows the number or quantity of each item and rates for each item.
Prior to DM (Authority) inspections, our supervision team always controlling the site in order to proceed with construction.
Base on grade, experience and capability of a contractor clients will receive our recommendations.
